The Procedure

Phone Call

Please contact us by phone (not via WhatsApp) 45 minutes prior to your arrival at Frankfurt Airport. Our driver will arrange a meeting point with you directly at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

Delay & Change of Bookings

Should there be any change of booking or a significant delay (more than 60 minutes), please inform us immediately to avoid short-term change fees.

Handover
Terminal1 / Terminal 2

Our driver will briefly inspect your vehicle directly at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and record any findings in the log. (Duration approximately 4 Min.)

Parking

After handing over the keys, Our trained driver will park your vehicle in the parking lot while you are already on your way to your check-in. And you don't have to worry about anything else.

Arrival Flight

Please do not forget to indicate your return flight number when booking. This way the driver can follow your flight live and thus avoid waiting time. Please call us immediately after your landing so that driver can leave on it while you are waiting for your luggage.

Returning the Car

Once you land, call us immediately. While you collect your luggage, our driver will head to your terminal with your vehicle. After a quick final check, you can drive home safely and conveniently.
